This was a Yelp recommendation that came into my email. So me & my girlfriends decided to check it out! I was so happy to check this spot out as the menu items were exquisite & sounded appetizing! The service from our waitress Lesley was phenomenal & the ambiance was great. Lesley knew the menu & suggested great substitutes for us like the chipotle BBQ wings as they were out of mango habanero. We loved the flavors & the right amount of sauce. Lots of art decorated the inside & the outside of the restaurant & there were a lot of selfie spots to take some nice pics. We ordered the margarita flight which consisted of 5 samples of their margs with a sparkler & tamarind stick for accent. It was delicious & had flavors like tamarind, cucumber & passion fruit. The alcohol balance was spot on. We ordered the street corn & pinches wings to start which was awesome, check out my videos. For entrees we had the surf & turf tacos & the grilled shrimp dinner with a side of avocado! We had the 4 milk cake for dessert & it was awesome. The music was a nice touch also & I will definitely be back with a lot more friends.
Jeff has always done a good job at providing us with top tier service. He makes my cantinita experience better than the last. I always look forward to having him as my waiter. The food always comes out correct and on time. He does a good job at checking in without being overbearing. I always order the birria nachos and whatever drink special they have that day and always enjoy my meal. I constantly bring people here to have a good time and enjoy an excellent meal.
Went on a Tuesday night and I loved the surf and turf tacos. So much flavor and it was made with steak and shrimp. Listen the service was so fast. The drinks were great, nice vibe and the music was very mixed and nice from hiphop, reggae and Latin music. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hookah was so smooth and reasonable price.

Omg so I decided to go here for my birthday. I have never been before the vibes and the atmosphere was everything! Very lively. They had great options to choose from. The drinks were incredible and made with love as two got me feeling pretty nice. The food is what really one me over. It was fresh, hot and overall thought and emphasis was put into the presentation as well as the taste! I will definitely be going back here and recommending it to my friends. Definitely a cute little hole in the wall, but a total vibe in itself! Authentic and delicious
My family and I decided to come to this little funky place to eat for my daughter's birthday. What a great choice! We went on a Wednesday after 8pm. The restaurant was empty. Which was fine with me. We were a party of five. The food was AMAZING! The service was great! Shout out to Johanna and Carlos! Being that we were the only ones there, my daughter asked if they could change the music, and they did, with NO PROBLEM! THE Drinks on the airplane!!!!!! Ohhhhh my by far are the best! I believe that the prices were great, not overpriced. Just UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU DINE AFTER 8PM YOU WILL BE CHARGED A %20 AUTOMATIC SERVICE FEE. ( I think it's worth it)
My husband and I love this place! We always sit at the bar and the staff is attentive and nice. The food is amazing and we always each get a margarita flight, the prices are a little on the higher end but I believe the quality of drinks and food is worth it. They have taco Tuesday deals and I highly recommend the empanadas as well, those are our go to! My mouth is watering just writing this review ahah, highly recommend this place! And the music is always fun and upbeat! We usually go when it isn’t busy, random Tuesday nights.
Oh wow - what a beautiful hidden gem of a place! We went from an unplanned search for tacos. Parking lot was full. Outside decor is urban, funky, graffiti. Interesting. Then we walked in. We were unprepared for the decor - amazing club atmosphere, cool lighting, breathtaking wall art. I personally loved the dystopian Frida Kahlo. Food was incredible. We went for the Mucho Macho Nachos (decadently loaded nachos) and chicken wings. Drinks were ok - little on the lighter side. For the main course we went with tacos - the fish and volcano shrimp left a lasting impression and a craving to be back. The taco main portions (3 tacos) were large enough that we were unable to finish. Definitely looking forward to returning here.
